Oregon Film’s Office Statutes and Rules

“The State of Oregon recognizes a continuing obligation to contribute to the support of the Oregon Film and Video Office. The State of Oregon recognizes that a continued financial partnership with the office is essential to the growth of the film and video industries.” (ORS 284.305)

The Rules that apply to Oregon Film and its programs can be found on the Oregon Secretary of State’s site here.

OFVO does not currently have any proposed rules. When OFVO engages in rulemaking, it includes on this page a statement of potential fiscal impact of the proposed rule; summary of the proposed rule; FAQ documents pertaining to the rulemaking; and minutes or recordings from rulemaking meetings. Public comments will also be published on this page during the rulemaking process.
