OFVO is overseen by a five person Board of Directors that meets quarterly and is appointed by the Governor.

Public Records Requests
To request or to inspect or receive a copy of an OFVO record that is legally available for public review, click on the related link below (as it may already be publicly available through our Transparency and Open Data sites) or send an email with the request, including the identity of the requestor, and a description of the requested records as specifically as possible.

OFVO may request additional information or clarification from the requestor if necessary. There may be a charge for public records requests depending on the scope and staff time needed to address the request.
