In partnership with organizations like Outside the Frame, OMPA and IATSE Local 488, Oregon runs a job training and placement program for entry level and mid-level careers in the industry. Called Pathways this program is available to all projects and studios working in Oregon. You can also hire previously trained and placed Pathways participants on your next show!
