Travel to Oregon

One of the greatest things about working in Oregon is the ease of getting to Oregon. For many years in a row Portland International Airport (PDX) has been placed on Travel & Leisure’s Best Airports list. Flights from many US cities fly directly into PDX as well as from numerous international destinations. It is a hub for Alaska Airlines but all major US providers fly in and out of PDX including Delta, Southwest and Jet Blue.

On top of that local airports in Salem, Medford, Eugene and Redmond provide easy access to Southern, Eastern and Central Oregon. Connections are numerous and quick to make. Travel Oregon outlines all of the intrastate airports here in Oregon.

From PDX downtown Portland is a 10 to 15 minute drive.

In addition, the Cascades line on Amtrak runs from Los Angeles up to Vancouver with many stops in Oregon.

Oregon also boasts some of the best and most unique hotels in the northwest. Crews and talent love to stay in these places and experience the local cities and towns. This is especially true in Portland, Bend, Ashland and Eugene. You can see some of these unique hotels and motels around the state here and in Portland here.
