Although it is not a requirement that productions use a locally branched bank, there are several that have been used by projects. These include US Bank, Umpqua Bank and Key Bank.

The Oregon tax incentive has also been loaned against on some projects. This is something that is very specific to the financing and financiers on each project. Three Point Capital has a knowledge of the Oregon Tax Incentive process and has worked with several projects that have been produced in the state.
