Programs & Acronyms Decoded

• “OPIF” – Oregon Production Investment Fund, our main incentive program.
• “GOLR” or “Greenlight” – Greenlight Oregon Labor Rebate program, an additional labor rebate available to projects spending more than $1M in Oregon.
• “L-OPIF” – Local Oregon Production Investment Fund, a portion of the larger OPIF program dedicated to lower budgeted, locally produced projects.
• “R-OPIF” – Regional Oregon Production Investment Fund, a portion of the larger OPIF program dedicated to “regional” work done outside of the Portland Metro Zone.
