The Central Oregon Film Office, located in Bend Oregon, is your one-stop resource for all Film and TV productions shooting East of the Cascade Mountain Ranges. Central and Eastern Oregon are home to some of the most diverse film regions in the United States. From towering snow capped mountains to sub tropical rain-forests, authentic Western desert tundras to bottomless crystal blue volcanic lakes and, of course, our own charming city of Bend, our region has more to offer at less cost for productions. Bend has 300 days of sunshine per year and a professional location and infrastructure team that will ensure you get the most out of your Central Oregon production experience offering working relationships with state, county, and city officials to help with production needs. Central Oregon now has direct flights from Los Angeles via American Airlines  to Redmond and access to private and charter flight to Bend’s regional airport and heliport.  We are easily accessible and available to work with you on permitting, location scouting and management, and crew hire.

Film Southern Oregon is a 501(c)6 non-profit economic development organization whose mission is to support, expand, and promote the economic impact of film and media production activity in the region of Southern Oregon, including Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, Douglas, Coos, Curry, and Lake Counties.

Ashland was “Best Place to Live & Work as a Moviemaker” for 10 years in a row – 2014-2023
