There is a usage/licensing fee for the iconic “White Stag” Portland, Oregon sign in Old Town Portland.
This is applicable to still photo campaigns, commercials, television, and film projects. The City of Portland has legal recourse to send a cease and desist order if they are informed a project didn’t pay the licensing fees and is using it on-screen.
